Mission: Provide supportive services to communities affected by addiction and homelessness.

Rental Assistance
Prevents homelessness through rent, utility, and case management support, Peer Support
Permanent Supportive Housing
Long-term housing for chronically homeless adults and families with disabilities
Men's Sober Living House
Transitional home for men rebuilding their lives
Homeless Prevention Rental Assistance
Preventing homelessness for people in treatment for SUD through case management, and treatment coordination
Treatment Support
676 Individuals provided peer support while residing in impatient treatment facilities
39 Assisted with impatient treatment through coordinations with insurance, detox, and clinical facilities
